I plan to organize an auxiliary farm on 10 hectares in order to have ecologically clean food. Grain crops, vegetables, and domestic animals will be grown there. For completion of the integrity of Hutir i conduct negotiations about rent of 1 ha of land more, on which i plan to locate a camping site for 20-30 places, 2 real farmsteads (a dwelling house, 2-3 sheds for domestic animals), one country house, in which girls and women will spin yarn, weave, embroider, and a tourist will be able to see museum exhibits in work and to try himself in weaving. Also a summer stage will be built for public celebrations and events: Shrove–tide, Ivana Kupala (a pagan holiday of harvest on the solstice day — it coincides with the birthday of Saint John the Baptist), the forester day and other.

A travelling tour must be organized for acquaintance with historic places, monuments of architecture, and monasteries of Volyn.

Trips for fishing must be organized with such multitude of lakes and rivers, in order that visitors would get acquainted with Volyn in full volume and they would love this region.
